What payment methods are available?

You can pay for your order either through cash or card on delivery. We even accept major debit and credit card payments online at the time of checkout.

What kind of warranty do you provide?

We provide a 1 year manufacturer’s warranty on all our new products. All refurbished products come with a 3 month warranty from the seller.

What does ‘refurbished’ mean?

Refurbished : Refurbished products are devices which may have technical glitch(es). These products get inspected for defects and are restored to their original working condition. Product will be in an unboxed or refurbished condition with minimal or no signs of wear and tear. This product has been professionally inspected and tested by a qualified supplier. Box and accessories may be generic (headphones may not be included).

What do I do if the product is received in a damaged condition or if I receive an incorrect product?

If you receive a product in a damaged condition or if you receive an incorrect product for your order, you must contact us immediately via email within 3 working days from the date of delivery along with pictures and supportive documents for the purchase.
